Delivery And Returns

Packaging

All SDS Cool Stuff orders are sent out in their original packaging e.g. Funko Pop! figures come with the original display box.

Bubble wrap or Packing pellets (if preferred) are used to protect the order during transit.

All SDS Cool Stuff orders are packed in appropriately sized boxes to diminish the possibility of damage during transit.

Orders are processed within the same working day (Monday to Friday before 3 PM)

Due to the current issues with postal services, it is recommended that customers use the Next day delivery service. 

  • £3.90 Fully tracked 72hrs delivery for UK orders (England, Scotland and Wales)
  • £6.50 Fully tracked 72hrs delivery for UK orders (Northern Ireland)
  • £8.60 DPD Next day delivery Mon-Fri (UK deliveries only excluding The Highlands)- Order before 12 pm to receive the following day.
  • £25.70 DPD 2-5Day delivery (The Highlands and offshore UK regions)
  • FREE delivery for UK purchases £60 and above (excluding The Highlands and offshore regions)
  • International deliveries under 2 KG will be delivered by a courier
  • International deliveries over 2 KG will be delivered by a courier

 

All ‘completed’ orders will be allocated a tracking number that can be used to check the progress of your order.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item starting from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
