Delivery And Returns

All orders are processed within the same working day (Monday to Friday before 3 PM)
- £3.00 Royal Mail (2nd class) for UK orders (England, Scotland and Northern Ireland)
- £4.74 Royal Mail 48 HR Tracked for UK orders (allows you to track the entire delivery journey) Recommended
- FREE delivery for UK purchases £60 and above
- Orders (dependent on weight) will be handled by Royal Mail using 2nd class RM or Parcelforce.
- International deliveries under 2 KG will be delivered by Royal Mail
- International deliveries over 2 KG will be delivered by a courier (Parcelforce global priority in most cases)
All ‘completed’ orders will be allocated a tracking number that can be used to check the progress of your order.
Please note: RM 2nd Class tracking number state attempted deliveries only.
Please allow for 24 hours for the tracking information to be added to your SDS Cool Stuff account (My account login).
Please note that the COVID 19 pandemic is having an impact on orders being delivered.
We strongly recommend that you purchase the Tracked service at checkout to allow to the monitor the progress of your order

Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at SDS Cool Stuff, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email email@example.com
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item starting from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
